Manager

Jonna is a Manager at Kern & Thompson, LLC and provides tax, accounting, and financial audit services to our clients. Her previous experience includes tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations for a large, regional firm based in Portland. Jonna enjoys working with individuals and organizations on tax issues and compliance. She received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accounting and Biology from Portland State University.

Outside of work, Jonna volunteers for Wildhearts Rescue in Portland. She has also served on the Board of Directors of Columbia Humane Society in St. Helens, Oregon since 2019 and is current Board Treasurer.

Jonna is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).

In her spare time, Jonna enjoys hiking, studying wild plants and mushrooms of the Pacific Northwest, and playing the ukulele.
