Staff Accountant

Carolyn is a Staff Accountant at Kern & Thompson, LLC and primarily provides auditing and accounting services to not-for-profit organizations. Carolyn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Phoenix.

Carolyn has public accounting experience preparing cost reports for skilled-nursing facilities and psychiatric hospitals who received Medicare and Medicaid insurance payments.  She also owned her own bookkeeping business providing full charge bookkeeping services and QuickBooks consulting to local businesses.

In her free time, Carolyn enjoys baking, gardening, and attending concerts and music festivals.
